1. About Stylez Carwash

Stylez Carwash is a mobile car wash service operating on-foot at *19 Oliver Shneiner, Secunda* and surrounding areas. We go gate to gate to clean vehicles at your location. By using our services, booking online, or visiting our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.


2. Services

We offer exterior wash, interior clean, full valet, engine bay clean, waxing, and other detailing services on-site at your location.Β Β 

Service availability and turnaround times may vary based on vehicle size, condition, location access, and demand.Β Β 

We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle is unsafe, excessively dirty, inaccessible, or if we cannot provide the service to our standard.


3. Pricing

- *Minimum charge*: R100 per service

- *Maximum charge*: R350 per serviceΒ Β 

Final price depends on vehicle size, service type, condition, and location. The price shown at checkout is the final amount payable.


4. Bookings, Payment & Cancellations

- All bookings must be paid in full online at the time of booking. Service will only proceed once payment is confirmed.

- Please be available at the location provided at your booking time. Late availability may result in rescheduling.

- Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before, or no-shows, are non-refundable.

- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.


5. Customer Responsibilities

- Ensure the vehicle is accessible and that there is a safe space for us to work on-foot.

- Remove all personal valuables from your vehicle before service. Stylez Carwash is not liable for lost or damaged personal items.

- Disclose any existing damage, loose parts, or modifications to your vehicle before service.

- Vehicles must be free of hazardous materials.


6. Liability

We take care with every vehicle, but:

- Stylez Carwash is not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical faults, or damage caused by third parties.

- Our liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the service provided.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, access issues, power outages, or factors outside our control.


7. Quality Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with the service, contact us within 24 hours. We’ll re-do the affected area at no extra charge where reasonable.


8. Website Use

- Content on this website is for informational purposes only.

- You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

- We are not liable for any errors or downtime on the website.


9. POPIA & Privacy

Stylez Carwash complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 [POPIA].Β Β
